Client: ICT Istra – regional association for the development and promotion of the ICT sector in Istria

What we did

We built a new website for ICT Istra with a modern, clean, and responsive design, fully powered by the Directus headless CMS. The platform presents the association, its members, as well as current projects and events, with a clear focus on communication towards the general public and the business community.
With Directus, editors can easily manage content (news, events, members, projects) through a centralized system, without requiring technical knowledge. We also implemented multilingual support, search engine optimization (SEO), and a mobile-first design approach.

Problems we solved

• Outdated system – the previous website did not meet modern design or functionality standards.

• Difficult content management – updating information and publishing news was cumbersome. Directus solved this with an intuitive interface and flexible data structure.

• Visibility and accessibility – the new website improves the association’s presentation to members and partners, with SEO optimization and faster load times.

• Future-proof flexibility – thanks to the headless architecture, content can now be reused across different channels (mobile apps, digital signage, newsletter integrations, etc.).
