Attorney Share is a cutting-edge technology platform, built over Directus, designed to revolutionize
the way lawyers send, receive, and manage referrals. By streamlining these processes, the platform
enhances collaboration, improves client service, and boosts operational efficiency.

To support Attorney Share’s rapid growth and increasing traffic demands, we partnered with them to
re-architect their AWS infrastructure and optimize development workflows. Our comprehensive
enhancements focused on ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency. Key improvements
included:

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): We redesigned the infrastructure using IaC principles,
  ensuring consistent, version-controlled deployments across all environments. This
  approach eliminated configuration drift, improved transparency, and accelerated deployment
  cycles.
• CI/CD Pipeline Automation: We implemented robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline build,
  test, and deployment processes. By significantly reducing the build time of Directus
  extensions, we minimized manual intervention and enhanced release reliability.
• Scalability and Autoscaling: Leveraging container orchestration tools and cloud-native
  technologies, we enabled dynamic autoscaling of the platform. Attorney Share can now
  seamlessly handle surges in traffic without performance degradation, ensuring a smooth
  and responsive user experience even during peak usage.
• Dynamic Environment Provisioning: When new features are developed, a temporary,
  production-like environment is provisioned on the fly. This allows for comprehensive
  testing under real-world conditions, ensuring high confidence in new releases. Once the
  feature is deployed, the environment is automatically disposed of, optimizing resource
  utilization and reducing maintenance overhead. This approach accelerates development
  cycles and ensures seamless, error-free deployments.

By modernizing Attorney Share’s infrastructure and integrating best practices in automation,
