Employee Recognition Platform
We developed a recognition platform, where users can send a message of appreciation directly through the platform, which is then presented to the recipient in the form of a 3D Qudos card, personalised with the user’s message.
Project Overview
Using Directus we developed a powerful and intuitive employee recognition platform. Integrated with a custom user interface and featuring eye-catching 3D card designs, the platform enables employees to send a colleague a Qudos card for a job well done. Each Qudos card is then entered into a monthly Spin & Win' prize draw to help maximise employee engagement.
The platform enables HR leaders to administer every aspect of their recognition programme through the Directus build back-end system, including user management, event-set up and prize allocation.
